Shipping Information
Standard Shipping (12-15 days): $7
Orders over 60 USD : Free shipping
*Note: Please understand that these delivery times are estimates. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the location of recipient and fulfillment center used.
None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.
Processing Times
We want you to get your items as quickly as possible! Orders take between 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number.

Delivery
Depending on your area most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be in your regular mail. If you are not home when a delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any other costs the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. If you have not received your item and it says delivered please contact us at info@ktxstore.com and we will do our best to investigate.
Refund Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return on products. Customer has the right to apply for return within 30 days after the delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customer is responsible for the shipping costs for any return. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You can keep all five bonuses, even if you decide to return the product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ktxstore.com
